Back to bench day. Not much has changed here, but it didn’t need much changing in the first place.

 

1) Stretch + Mobilize

 

2) Bench
5 @ 45%
5 @ 55%
5 @ 65%
5 @ 75%
5 @ 80%
5+ @ 85%

 

3a) 4×5 Barbell Bent Over Row

 

3b) 4×8 Banded Tricep Pull Down
*or your favorite tricep movement…*

 

4) Ironscap
*Another version of the Crossover Symmetry. AKA another form of shoulder rehab for myself.*

 

5) Roll Out + Cool Down
